Yes, it always starts with an automated voice call, then if the scammer is confident to con them, he/she will go for the kill.....

I keep getting this warning from DBS about Bicentennial scam.
What is it? Why they keep sending the warning without explaining what it is ? How they expect people to know?

I got an e-mail too, and the letter has a SingPost letter head....looks so convincing, fortunately I did not fall into this scam......
