Yes very unhealthy, too oil to take for breakfast.  It will increase one's cholesterol levels ... 

I want to add on that I ate these only after I have been digging holes manually on the ground for three hours. I just realise my stamina is as good as any FW but my physique is better that most of them. This is the new 雾锁南洋。

After eating CKT my energy is back. I plan to dig holes the whole day.
