They come out with low dosage. The data monitoring board discovered that 2 doses are not effective.
US is changing the definition of fully vaccinated to 3 primary doses for mRNA vaccines. Their trials had changed recently for children to 3 doses.

Not effective as blood antibodies count.
but in the first place the Young and old are known to have lesser antibodies.
