Same as you go government hospital for an operation.
They make you sign so many forms that anything go wrong you are aware of the risks and the government will not be at fault.
Knn. When you died on the operating table, how to let them know you are aware of anything? How to blame government when you are gone. ?This type of stupid forms only cause carelessness of those who are undertake the medical job. Because no matter what mistake the medical staff made , they will not be at fault.

Why the idiotic Govt did not attach the global reports,  MOH's risk involved within the next  10 years . . . 

Just a consent REQUEST is only Half- Past 6.

This girl probably knew the risks...

Are they offering Sinovac or Sinopharm as alternative choices for parents?

Basically it means You die your Business Because You sign. Also if you dont Jab your kids means you do not agree with PAP policies and you should not vote them.

MOH should give alternatives and let the parents decide.

Have parents been made fully cognizant of the associated risks and possible side-effects? Has the Ministry of Health (MOF) disseminated all available literature to the public so that parents are make properly informed decisions?

If the multi-ministry taskforce and Government genuinely wants to encourage children to get vaccinated, it should jolly well bear all responsibility and not hide behind indemnity clauses in the event things go awry!

The mRNA "vaccines" for children are not fully licensed/approved by FDA. They're only given emergency use authorisation and they want to leverage that by including the mRNA "vaccines" into the children's schedule so that they don't hv any liability.

Parents better wake up or they'll be subjecting your child to experimental injections...with zero liability by the injection manufacturer & the govt!

The govt./ MOH is afraid that if anything goes wrong, they may be sued for professional misconduct....and it could cost in the region of millions of dolllars....
