He is right. Those pre-diabetics better take heed and avoid prata and white rice. If want to eat, then dun eat too much and eat them with plenty fibre like green vegetables.    Rolleyes
Jac Fart King cannot enjoy these good food daily or even weekly

Stay away from that if you're health conscious.
Ghee is mainly diet filled with saturated fat can raise LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and in turn, up the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Good advice, never eat naked carbs, needs fibre to pair with carbs.

I have also not eaten roti prata from an eatery for at least the past 3 years. Like you, I find the frozen prata from the supermarket less oily. My helper uses a non-stick pan to cook it, and her fish curry ensures that my family does not need to consume those overly greasy prata from hawker centres and coffeeshops which are not hygienically prepared.
My two kids each had two pieces of chocolate prata at Master Prata, costing a total of $14.80. That's surprisingly pricey!

For that sum, I could consume 2 plates of mutton biryani with a glass of bandung in a hawker centre
eat once a while is alright with teh kosong... Big Grin
