Moi think he ish just using his power as president to slaughter his potential competitors in the drug market nia. But heng for him that pinoy average IQ ish only 80, so many pinoy will still believe him dip dip.
He has duty to protect his country from drugs. I agrees to certain extent. But, he kill randomly without mercy and without trial. Some are innocent and considered murdered by his police. He is pursued by ICJ.
have to admit, although cruel, but Duterte did turn Philippines for the better
