The teenagers, aged between 13 and 16, consists five boys and one girl. They were arrested when they returned the car to the Sengkang multi-storey car park where they had stolen it from.

Explaining themselves, the teenagers claimed to be Punggol residents, alleging that they had picked up friends for a joyride after stealing Huang's vehicle.

"A knuckle duster and e-vapouriser were also found in their possession. One of the male teenagers, aged 16, will also be assisting with investigations for possession of offensive weapon," the police said.

It is such a coincidence that the students chanced upon a car that was unlocked and had its keys inside. I wonder why a car owner would not immediately rectify a problem with his vehicle's alarm and lock, yet still place his camera inside? Isn't it less of a hassle than losing the car?
They did steal the car and should be charged, regardless of age

This includes the 13 year- old who must learn to be accountable for her actions

Did PAP teach them wrong and not be accountable?
Minors do stupid things for the thrill or because they are ignorant of the consequences. They must be given a second chance to turn over a new leaf.
