I saw the headlines "fugitive" I thought he committed a serous crime like robbery or murder.

I managed to dig out his case. He is being charged for saying negative things about Christians' view on gay people.

Given the views of some Christians on homosexuals 
, I don't see what he said as untrue.

I also don't see how their feelings are hurt by what he said.

At least he didn't stab the priest in the mouth for speaking garbage.
