Set a cap on the stall rent.

The Govt wanted a bidding process to maximise their profits at the expense of the hawkers. It is not impossible to set a fix stall rent for all the food centres base on location, proximity to MRT stations etc.

Hawker rent is going to be like COE.

Sell higher price so that more empty seats are available..

Supposed why after renovation food proces increased ?....Gov already said no rental increased ?
