Pet groomer charged over death of dog in alleged negligence case 

Vanessa Chiu Yan Er, 29, manager of Pawkins SG, has been charged with causing unnecessary pain and suffering to a dog that died after falling and hanging from her leash.

The July 2024 incident, captured on CCTV, led to the groomer’s court appearance on 11 December 2024.

can charge. use the words "zero tolerance" etc
but if sentencing is lax.. then almost no deterrent
