A man, 40, died after a lorry crashed at a junction in Tuas on Dec. 15. Blood was seen splattered on the back of the vehicle. 

A 41-year-old male lorry driver was arrested.

Poor fellow. Not knowing he is dying that day.

No issue if these lorries are kept to certain speed limit 50-60km/hr. But enforcement here very lax.
The male lorry driver is CECA, arh?

The are the worst because they love to talk on the phone at all times
