yeah - this is certainly a surprise.

According to German authority the culprit (aka yet-to-be-labelled terrorist) is a Saudi doctor  who has stopped practicing Islam after seeking asylum in Germany.

Ironically he was on a BBC interview about Saudi human rights which was a favor topic in Western media.
