They have been sacked and a police report made against them, it added.

The management approve "cheating'.

No delivery attempt they allow the staff to key in "delivery fail". Likely they are suppose to attempt delivery by a certain timeline when cannot meet they cheated by keying in "delivery failure ". This was approved by CEO and CFO.

Looks serious.

If no delivery is it very serious ? Many times postal services mails no delivery or late or delivered the next day eg Saturday....

fired based on delivery status? More like an Operational matter. Doesn’t look like it is their pay grade to take responsibility.

CEO and CFO authorise staff to put false status for parcel without delivery attempt to say they try to deliver but customer not in.

This is done to cheat their main customer...lkkely to involve millions. Tgat js why now is police case.

Cheating is serious offence.

They need to brush up their delivery service. Think their customers are losing business because of SingPost's delivery service which is not as good as their competitors. Hope the Management shaking up will do good for SingPost going ahead

For the top folks to be fired, they might have known about the ruse by the junior people (or even tacitly approved of it). I think more than meets the eye.

But they can afford to cut losses
