I steer clear of edibles at budget stores because I am unsure if they are genuine products. I bought weird tasting and seemingly spoilt chocolates and snacks from Value Shop and ABC in the past, so I only buy toiletries from such stores.
I’ve been caught in that cycle too, especially when I’m home and there’s not much going on. It’s easy to just grab something from the pantry. Recently, I’ve been trying to switch it up a bit, though. Instead of reaching for chips or candy, I’ve been adding some whole milk powder to smoothies—it’s quick, filling, and keeps me satisfied longer. Plus, it’s really convenient to have on hand for when I run out of fresh milk. If you’re wondering where to buy powdered milk, I found a good deal at my local grocery store, but I’ve also seen it online. Anyway, this is my first post here, so nice to be part of the forum!

Proper meal normally need a proper place to sit and jiak, and trying to find a seat in most eatery during peak hours nowadays can be like WW3.

Snack ish much easier to settle as a meal, usually just need a hand and sometime can even just jiak while walking back and by the time reach office ish jiak finish liao.
You guys should pivot to celery sticks and cucumber sticks lah Big Grin
