DR ADVISORY WAS N IS 140/90 IS HIGH BP
but 150/60 one too much the other way below
same as 120/101
are these 2 readings considered as high bp ?

I measure my BP everyday and analyse it based in diet and my tracker data to do some analytics.

This morning 110/78.

My mom has hypertension so 60% chanceI will have it.

Systolic: less than 120mm Hg and diastolic: less than 80mm Hg is normal.  Therefore you are normal, may be able to live till 100.....

which is more harmful to yr health high systolic or high diastyloc
