For the time you type and post this, you could have entered into google search and get the answer immediately.

Banana is good for constipation. You should eat more banana and dun harp on balance diet that stay in your bowel for five or six days......

Nowadays bananas very cheap, only like $1 for one big bunch. I bought 2 and also cannot finish.

It’s quite good. First time trying Italian red wine. Didn’t know I had this bottle in my wine chiller.

Thanks for the information. For Italian, I suggest you try Chianti Classico (cherry flavor) or Chianti Ruffino (chocolate, oak flavor) any one will do. You might like it.
