It is never safe to link any credit card for foodcourt pyts. I was advised to link my credit card to Kopitiam during their conversion exercise which I rejected. All these APPs are unreliable becos they never maintain it and can be easily hacked. Even linking to grab taxi also not safe.

Credit Card earns for each transaction even when you buy 1 plate of chicken rice

Using credit cards overseas is also unsafe. You may never know what the cashier did to yr credit card behind the counter. Best is to use Youtrip card which is very popular now. I already cancel all my credit cards.
