You better look for Brompton with your class of licence and skillz. Some more you said you think theory is waste time so you could be riding on wrong side of road like PMA riders.

I do have class 2b but don’t have class 3 or class 3A rah but from my experience tactically speaking theory only the standard red lights , give way etc understand the road sign only rah . Class 2b also need to pass basic theory but don’t have what final theory only apply to car.

That's why you see some drivers with no theory drive on the wrong side of the road or turn right when there is no right turn road sign and ended up with head on collision. You often see PMAs riding against the flow of traffic causing much distress to car divers with proper licenses.

I already said I have class 2b. Ok Rah don't question me on car fair enough since I don't have either class 3 or 3A. What you mention is what I claim. The Theory of Basic , road signs etc but A lot questions in fact is ask for the seek of asking.

As far as I am concern, theory especially the Highway Code or Undang Undang is most important to a person who never drive before and knows nothing of Road Signs. As for sailors and pilots, it is the same. They must master the Highway Code or Rule of the Road backwards and forwards and will be tested inside out by the authorities before getting their competency license. Don't argue because you never drive a car on the busy road by yourself before.

Same for you Don't argue because you never Ride a bike on the busy road yourself.
Perhaps this is why Bike theory test is different from Car. Bike only take Basic Theory can liao than go practical. Car need to take basic than final than can go practical.

Most candidates are not happy with the tester asking some questions that seems stupid. He is just trying to ensure that the candidate knows his Highway Code inside out ok.

I got my Bike license class 2 without even taking any test ok. I just show them my class 3 to qualify for Class 2. That was in another country by the way.
