doable one is to look out for for probiotics type or lower level fluoride toothpaste.

if you got money - can order from Amazon - water filter that filter out fluoride................or you can order borax online to remove fluoride..........

for toothpaste - i been using fluoride-free toothpaste since the late 1990s.......
