if compensation good , better to opt for retrenchment when benefits still there.
singpost business of delivery mail is going going gone in time.
replacement of picker box is a viable options but singpost not active enough to make it the new de-facto delivery for parcel. need to do more to increase market share to above 90%. else full lost of jobs later.

Pick box Idea is very good.
But they are very slow in fully implementing and the pick box is not always available. Lazada is smarter…
Better discount actually can get from Lazada for bigger purchased item if you know how to use coin and delivery service.
