Is not don’t want to survey is Manipulation there ! They will not report real stuffs to the top. Even come events you see what in school , students ask questions also “ pre select in advance “ I mean what the use survey here and there end up the top also like that.

Pioneers generation those volunteers also sometimes ask elderly survey them , they feedback end of the day Govt aka PAP also turn deaf ear.
