Just checked. Location quite good. Right opposite Cheng San Market and lots of shops.
Not too far from Ang Mo Kio Town Garden East so at least there's a place for jogging or walking. Besides AMK Garden East is AMK MRT Station and further across the road is AMK Town Centre.
The only 'downside' I can think of right now is that Ang Mo Kio Town Garden East is on higher land so if one travelled through it to the MRT and Town Centre, one better be young and able. Tougher for older folks to climb up and down the stairs there.
