Warnings when toilets done, coffee shops food prices will rise as customers hold their breath 

Despite grants using taxpayers money, It's more expensive comparing when toilets were filthy and smelly.

Still got birds flying about eating left over which cannot be solved

suggestion is change governments always inflate cost for us
