Allowing the younger generation to take a leveraged bet before they start earning. Those lucky will get a windfall. Those not so lucky will be heavily indebted.

Yes! Certainly. Other than increased foreigner demand additional demand will come from single 30 yrs and above instead of 35 years previous. Worst still demand will escalated higher if the young couples changes their mind about getting married and decided to buy a flat each as single instead as they could together double the profit earned after MOP. These will add to the declining babies issue leading to more babies incentives and more GST/taxes increases. Really a big headache for the government.
