The whole supply chain involve going in and out of US several time to assemble into boards then out of US to assemble into system then go back into US.
While chain got locked up like covid time.
I hward many semi con electronics companies now dont know what to do...or how to operate.
Ironically to avoid multiple entry jnto US it is better to move profuction totally out then pay a one time tariff to bring final product into US.
Problem is nobody is making changes to supply chain yet because they dont know how the situation will change
But it is an example of how the tariff is a self sabotage and reduce manufacturing in US.
