This look good and crispy.. must try.
Yummy but very unhealthy. 

Deep fried , and the problem is the frying oil is clearly over used. 

As black as an old tattered rag. It would be good if they can change the frying oil more frequently.
Looks yummy. But, must eat moderately.
This type Indian style.

The original Chinese type has 2 to 3 prawns on it, the dough has bean sprouts mixed in and there's a slice or even half an egg in the middle of the fritter... Those were the good old days...

Sure looks good, but the prawns needs to be descaled for an easier consumption..... Clapping

Just chew the shell... It's calcium.
Nowadays the Original Vadai has a few varieties of vadai, prawn, Ikan Bilis, cheese amongst a few I’ve mentioned.
