Sometimes come Independent candidates Interesting is their Speech. They NO Need to get their script approve by someone aka the Party Leader to scan it first. They NO Need to report to Anyone as been a Independent Candidate.
If join Party, what he going to say , etc is NOT will be his own words. Partly the Partly leader will scan etc they want to make it as a motto for the Party not for you as an individual candidate. Be is PAP, WP, SDP whatever Parties.
