IFA should be fired for using that stupid phrase again.
85cts worth of assets they say 31cts off is reason.
Go to hell lah!!!

The Singapore Investors Association (SIAS) has voiced strong disagreement with the recent voluntary unconditional cash offer for Sinarmas Land, calling the offer valuation “unfair” and “significantly undervalued.”

Dec 31, 2024, the net asset value (NAV) per share of Sinarmas Land was about 85 cents, which means that the offer is pitched at a significant 63.6% discount to NAV.

Gerald notes that W Capital Markets has, in its April 25 opinion as the IFA, deemed the offer as "not fair but reasonable''.
