Who's the biggest land lord in Singapore?
PAP Whack us Left & right again . . .all the time

Landlords raise rent but PAP do nothing

But PAP failed 15 YEARS to create good paying jobs

So why punish us to fatten landlords?

PAP already saved landlords rental during Pandemic

Who are the 65% Idiots who voted for PAP.

I presume you are asking about RETAIL land lord:

give out more CDC to support them lor... money will still go back to gov through goods, tax and services. but food price will never come down. crying
ABIT too late for this kind of articles ... after record closures of businesses and laying offs
Rising rents means there are biz willing to pay more to set up shop there and there are enough shoppers to support them.

So, how? Want to make money there but don't want to pay rents? And landlords also need to answer to their employees and bottomlines.
