My personal opinion of bird nest is quite negative and waste of money unless you cook them yourself. I really dun trust those bottled ones after trying out a few brands.    

I did charity work before tk distribute food for elderly.

Nutritionist recommend this as one of thr best for elderly who find it hard tk have well balanced meals.

It is however wuite expensive.
