The Govt will not protect job seekers. And the labour law is written to protect Business. So it’s better to give them documents Companies asked for.
must resist and only provide if job offered. else people jsut used your info to see what is the market rate.
no need to do free service. also be aware of job hunting company , they get you to interview. get your info and may provide to your employer for deals.
