This house is still standing at Joo Chiat Rd but with new cover up white fence..

At joo chiat/ceylon lane

Was built by english traders during british rule, later sold to malasian royalty and now abadoned

Gd location but no taker, partly owner dun bother and partly fengshui not good
The land area is very small. Can’t really rebuild much. Can’t even park a car.

Yeah small but can " squeeze " Look at HDB , just a small plot of land squeeze 4 tall blocks of BTO flats.

If past on to inheritors, children and grandchildren and spreaded too thin, no one is keen to do the paperwork of selling, especially some are not contactable, and at the end the amount is small

Not at all, the more it rots the more it's valuable

Ofc the current state of the house is not livable. It's the land that's valuable. New owner aso needs to do something about the fengshui which is bad
