Nearly 100 PaP Ministers with 50 or so PMO but PaP cannot handle small country.

Need to continue to pay them so that the skeletons stay in the cupboard.

Cannot prioritise jobs for singaporeans over foreigners but can reserve jobs for retired ministers ?
