Maybe that's why some ppl like tkl and toilet loo bought jb houses, can hide in forest in case of disasters
Can build small scale at Jurong Island?
Or build in Muar and pay Malaysia rental?
There abit further from mainland SG.
Can use thorium reactor.
Cheap and safe.

The mini nuclear reactors are portable lah. If anything goes abnormal, just use navy fast boat and transport it to SCS for dumping.
Another alternative is to site the reactor on a big ship like a VLCC. If things go wrong , just sail the tanker into SCS and sink it.

We could end up being bombed for weapons of mass destruction by madman Satanyahu.

For bigger countries they can locate the plamts in putlying areas ...

Much depends on the size and type of reactors used to generate electricity. This Westinghouse micro reactors used molten salt which can generate about 30 MW of power which can supply about 45 HDB blocks is safer than living next to a chlorine plant.

Graduates are not good enough, you need PhDs from prestigious universities in the U.S.

I was curious as to why suddenly award scholarships to the Palestinians to study in Singapore. Is our G trying to distance ourselves from Israel?
The question is how are they going to clear the nuclear waste?
Like Japan, dump into sea water near Sentosa cove
Looks like going the nuclear way is a must in future as the country advances in AI technology where large supply of power is imperative. Current source of power generation can never meet the power surge required by AI driven things.

Current team high cost of electricity bill is a killer to AI progress.
Sg will be wiped out if there is a nuclear explosion.

World is turning to new forms of electricity to try to slow the overheating of the planet.
One U.S. company is marking another first in the nuclear power industry.
Westinghouse, the behemoth that helped industrialize America, has cleared preliminary hurdle to his a 5-megawatt microreactor tested in 2-years, Interesting Engineering reported.
The front-end engineering and experiment design phase has been completed, and the machine is one of three that could be evaluated at the world's first microreactor test bed, per a Department of Energy news release
