The pilot monitoring, however, is the only one with free hands. Using vague terms to suggest otherwise seems misleading. The action was deliberate, which is why I said it has to be manually done.

So the fuel was deliberately cut off by someone not necessarily the pilots. It could be a Pakistani terrorist taking revenge for the recent war started by India.
