Actually last time China is democratic country  comprising of several different political parties.It was first led by the republican. But there was a revolt of the communist party and the Republican all fled to tTaiwan and become the now Taiwanese.

In1949, the communist went after the Republican and at the shore of Taiwan, offered the Republican a chance to surrender and return to China. But the Republican dun believe the communist and believed they will b imprisoned or killed. So they stay in Taiwan until now.

Then later in the 60s, the Angmoh needed the manpower of China for their technological revolution. So they recognised the communist as the ruling party of China but retained the recognition of the Taiwanese Republican Party. But they talk cock switch that around and say they do not recognise Taiwan as a different country which caused the much confusion until today.

According to your link, there was a "revolt" not by the CPC, but by the Nationalist aka KMT in 1927 now known as the "White Terror" aka "Shanghai Massacre" when the KMT under Chang Kaishek purged its communists members within the United Front.  That forced the CPC to fled and withdrawn into inner China, now known as the "Long March".

The Chinese Communist Party, founded in 1921 in Shanghai, originally existed as a study group working within the confines of the First United Front with the Nationalist Party....the “White Terror” of 1927, when the Nationalists turned on the Communists, killing them or purging them from the party.

Correction - there are now 1 camp in TW Province which is anti-China and consider seperatist: DPP, which itself is funded and supported by Westerners..

Actually, years before Lee Tenghui, the ruling KMT wanted to "take back" China after they lost the Civil War in 1949 and fled to TW Province.

For over 20 years since the establishment of PRC, the Americans supported the ROC and even protected the TW Province militarily since then....until 1972.

Correction - since the UN recognises there is only One China, that means there is only One "camp" in the TW Province which as you said is "anti-China".

Imagine the Johor state has a camp which is "anti Malaysia" .

That is why the Chinese aren't in a hurry for now, regardless of who many in TW Province are "anti-China", to use force as according to China's security law.

Which means the UN will recognisse China's right to take any action under its own law to protect China's sovereignty.

For those "anti-China" camp, good luck to them if they plan to flee the island when the Chinese security forces decides to close the net and block their escape.

because Taiwan got USA big boss behind support but EPIC USA In fact NEVER acknowledge Taiwan as a Country. Even in UN.

I feel USA just sit beside only just like how Ukraine and Russia war. Now you see USA never support give aids to Ukraine even since Trump as President. Of course depend next party is who. If Trump party the red still in control Obviously will continue not giving aids to Ukraine. Nevertheless Trump is pushing to end Ukraine Russia war currently.
