So they are going to give equivalent CDC voucher? Is China doing the same? According to IMF. China's gross National debt including the LGFV is even more than the US.

China debt all along has been very high.
Bit almost all of it is owned internally to its own banks and fianncial institutions Due to currency control there is also off shore and on shore Yuan.

The situation makes large amount of debts completely manageable snd much of it can be eliminated by a printing money and flooding the system. The main reason why they want to manage the debt in a different way is to force structrual changes  ...and they dont want to go back to the days of wild property speculation and rampant corruption.

They need to reform tax code so that local govt can have some revenue other than dependence on land sales.

The central govt I believe deliberately make thjbgs hard for local govt jnstwad of baillín them out to enforcement displime and catch lapses.

Economic policies thus far has been sound and above average compared with other govts..Many problems were result of rapid growth ....so they will spend a few years fix the loose ends.
They have already printed large amount of money.. just look at their amount of broad money. It was not bad b4 Xi took over in 2003. After tt the money printing went rampant.

Actually speaking, the Government was one of the best when they push all the expenditures to the local governments who foot almost the spending.
Dont laugh!
Pay down debt, my foot…

He just printed another few trillions.
US debt is heading towards 40Trillion.
