So how like that? Who will be responsible for the car damages?     Thinking
This is not the drivers’s fault. The law should persecute the jaywalker and jail her instead, regardless if she is a Tourist.
This area Paragon right ? Last time my late father want to buy, if he was successful today there sure got one traffic light. But they scared jam up whole place there’s why no balls to build one, expect human traffic to use Orchard one to cross. See now, one day sure this happen, 20 years ago I already said.

if he had a PA, insurance company can denied her claim or not fully compensated as she was fully responsible for the accident.

A very irresponsible and selfish adult. If the car did see her and wants to evade crashing into her, it will cause another chain of vehicle accidents. Hope she will be caned.
SINGAPORE - A 26-year-old china chinese female pedestrian was taken conscious to the hospital after she was struck by a car near Orchard Road on the morning of Aug 2.

A dashcam video posted on Facebook page Singapore Incidents shows a car travelling along the extreme right lane of Bideford Road, next to Paragon shopping centre
I find China and Malaysian people very annoying at Sheng Siong

Can't they just leave a small space for people

to walk perpendicular at the Payment Que ??

No wonder my friends say Bedok is LOW SES area.
