The minority who are not vaccinated may cause the country to have CB, perhaps back to phase 1.  It is best that all residents in Singapore should be vaccinated.

I doubt if any new mass infection there will be a nationwide lockdown, maybe more surgical. For example, a hawker center cluster closed mass testing and cleaning.
Yes, the best is everyone is vaccinated but ..... what to do. You can call them iron teeth, selfish, or thinking they are special which obversely not, is their choice

Covid safety measures are the new normalcy except our garbagemen are in a rush to make money to see the trees for the forest. It is less abt the unvaccinated falling ill but more of both groups of pple catching Covid, ending up in hospitals and dying as seen in other countries with high vaccination rates. 

The UK will be hit with more waves as they open up even if they are experiencing a lull now since the weakest have already died off. Our garbagemen are gambling with everybody's lives. Opening too soon without a fallback plan simply spells disaster.

Anyway, nations cannot afford further lockdowns. 
So take some risk, some may die but many will live. So the best thing is to protect ourselves and brace for the opening of a new norm.

PAP is bluffing themselves.

Current Pfizer and Modena are not real vaccines, they are temporary vaccines for emergency use.
After 1 to 2 years, the protection of vaccines will be ineffective because the effectiveness will fade with time.

There is no official plan from the vaccine companies on how to enhance or maintain the effectiveness of current vaccines.
The outcome is that we will see many vaccinated patients in ICU when PAP allows more imported cases.

That is a serious matter.  There may not be enough ICU beds for those who are infected with the covid virus

Lockdown or not  doesn't lie on the unvaccinated. Its our attitude towards the issue how to contain the spreading like fire. Stop discriminate those are not unvaccinated just because you are vaccinated.

For 2 years what they have done to be well equipped of mass hospitalization? Since they have open the floodgates , have they increased the medical facilities? They have increased properties for profit but not basic  essential issues for its citizen. Hospital's bed already not enough before covid.

Remember, govt is letting in folks from Taiwan who are not vaccinated but cleared PCR. So you are saying those Taiwanese (or unvaccinated folks from any countries that we let in) are trying to lcause the whole nation to be locked down?

Yes. dis is like the jam packed public transport issue again. They opened the floodgates to migrants en masse without upgrading /expanding our infrastructure. Same with hospitals and that was pre-covid. Now repeating the same thing without more medical facilities and manpower to handle another wave. Instead they will be changing the way they interpret the infection data to give Sinpwneans the feel good factor. Pandemic becomes endemic. The vaccinated will be saved and unvaccinated are the troublemakers. Goodluck to all after they open legs.
