Need to make police report over this? If I put cash to reserve seats, someone will definitely take it. Wasting public resources.

Police should arrest him instead of her. It is an offence to leave attractive/valuable items unattended in public places that can cause theft......

In this pandemic situation, it is very difficult to find a seat for 3 or 4 persons, this is because mostly a 2-seat or 1 seat is available. That is why people needs to chope the table that allows 3 or 4 persons to sit to dine.....
1) First thing is chopping a seat is wrong.
2) making police report is wrong. He thinks the police got nothing to do.
3) He can be fined for chopping and making false report

Actually, Kopitiam card has no identity. Anybody can claim to be the owner. There is no way the man can prove that the card belongs to him.

No choping or reservations in hawker ctr or food courts. It is free for all. If you want to chope, dine at restaurants lah.
Can you chope public carpark lot or not?
This choping practice is going too far. I always find it strange that foreign youtubers keep harping that you can use whatever to chope table in sg. I have personally never done it and don't recommend people do it. Even my colleague has had her umbrella stolen from a table she tried to chope. Don't be so stupid, my fellow sinkies.
