It is all a matter of creature habit, to leave the NTUC trolleys away from where it should be. They are willing to sacrifice the one-dollar coin to leave the trolley there....

I suggest a new id scanner...to use the trolley.
When the trolley is not return by 10hrs....it starts billing for the entire trolley..1k.
Gaurentee will never lose a trolley again
