more difficult now. india indian gate open. those with less experience enter. hand held by singaporean to head them later. whole lot of rubbish in some company. hope they are not also involved in any security projects for singapore sensitive. those overlook will be back end service.

In Singapore, the Singaporean worker is to compete with CECA FTs from India, and when it comes to wages, the Singapore worker is at a distinct disadvantage, bcos of his age and      expected salary.........

For instance, some families would eat only one meal a day or give their children coffee creamer in hot water because they could not afford formula milk. The report warned the issue could escalate into a serious public health matter, with links to increased mental stress and the development of chronic health conditions.




Really sad cases. G looking the other way? Or G going to ask, “where, who, name, date” to show proof?
Nowadays it is important for pmets to have a backup plan by age 50 and be mentally prepared to be retrenched. Either have enough passive income to retire or have some other skill for an alternative career or small business. Don't live under the shadow of having to fear about your job or not being able to find a job. All these retraining can only help to a very limited extent.
mom must monitor after they grant passes to foreigner if there is a change control going on. where after a few months the local is force out. this can be view when local resign not being fire as things will become more an more difficult for local.

AGEISM. Only One & Only developed country- Singapore encourages ageism for the past maybe 6 or 10 years.

Singapore die die MUST have job discrimination so that unfettered Employment Pass can exist.

Everybody wants more labour but do not want locals.

That is the problem that PAP created.
Know any boss need Local Headcount so that you can hire another talented Foreign worker? I am available for $500 a month ONLY.
The best Always are those civil servants non uniform ones rah lol.
