No. I am doing the wet style with gravy. The beef with sauce are fried separately from the horfun.

That's not horfun already. That's how they fry gubak kuay teow. For horfun, the gubak and sauce are cook separately then pour over the horfun after flipping the horfun over the frying pan until slightly burnt......
