if this is not settled amicably spore reputation as finacial hub will be tarnished

question is asked by the govt to compensate  unwillingly or is it really they do so for damaged ctrl ?

OCBC needs to be compassionate and hv some conscience to compensate their affected customers for such scams. It is their hard earned money and OCBC. shd also be partly blamed for their poor firewall security management.
