Tokyo, as one of the largest cities in the world, does not have a separate rainwater and sewage drainage system. Whenever it encounters extreme weather or excessive rainfall, the sewage in the sewers will be discharged into Tokyo Bay, which also makes the water quality here. This is not the first time that problems keep appearing.
