There are people around selling data.......
so many local's livelihood already destroyed due to their incompetency and self serving attitude.

I think it’s more about tracking down those foreign workers who are no longer employed by the company.
I think they have traceability issues, where these people become illegal over stayers after their last employments. And they want to track these people down with their last address, that’s just my guess.
Former old guards most of them adopted proactive attitude.Pay less work more for country.
Nowadays just a reverse.
