In Singapore, in this day and age, it is best to work in civil service, with all the benefits given to them. They will be the ones who will opt for a 4-day work week......

That why LOTs of old civil servants inside, in fact they do have " pay cut " come 60 years old but Still reasonable been pay base on their age,
Compare a 60 years in Private sector, either already been ask to go , been retrench or work as security guard, coffeeshop helper, etc earn less than a 60 year old civil servant
