A fair result for MU given that Carrick ringed in some changes with Sancho starting as forward and scoring a composed n cool goal... pulsating moment... Chelsea dominated the game but MU was able to keep them out and DDG keeping a respectable scoreline...
Was it a penalty? Or wrong timing kick? Chelsea was lucky to level the scoreline otherwise they could have lost... Fred should have unselfishly passed the ball and not chipped it...
A high scoring match at King power stadium

I noticed that MU tend to lose pocession of the ball whenever they crossed into Chelsea half. They also generous in giving away corner kicks. They need to keep pccession of the ball , manovre past opponents and not getting rob of the ball so easily. They need to look into these area seriously.
Tonight matches :- MU take on Arsenal and Brentford vs Spurs.

MU midfield is not formidable easily penetrated. They always tend to play catchup allowing opposition teams to score first.

Its ok if they can made comeback win like last season. If not they better get early lead.

Because Cr7 is in the team... Ole philosophy is attacking football... get the ball quickly to him let him do the wonders... will guarantee a goal... he doesn't know about defending... he has the ego to score goals... their midfield is quality thin with the same players... teams overrun them and you see Bruno is lost... is not a team... its about individual players...there is no rotation and interplay between players... its so easy to play against them... why keep Beek Telles on the bench? Their teamsheet is so predictable...
IMHO think they can get a win over Arsenal... provided Cr7 plays as an attacking midfielder
Hard fought game. MU survived to beat Arsenal 3-2. New manager was watching in the directors box. At the end of the match Carrick will depart MU as manager.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PUdemKYW6QE
A fairly good win for MU considered how both sides gifted each other a goal
DDG downed by Fred and Odegard 'foul' Fred to give away a pen... the technique put away by Cr7 was superb... can see good interplay between the attacking players with Bruno getting MU the lead...
So did MU played for their future or a parting gift for Carrick departure? Work rate and quality work hand in hand and think Rang may need to exercise his experiences in getting MU as we know it used to be... the platform is there given Carrington is a world class training ground...
WHU 3 Chelsea 2
London rivalries saw Chelsea lost their top spot after Hammers came from behind and snatch a win... no thanks to another howler by Jorginho and Mendy... Masuaku deflected shot sealed the win for the Hammers as Mendy positional play was then expecting a cross...
As MC is leading Hornets n Liverpool win against Wolves... latter sitting at top... former having a game in hand... add to the mix of Londoners Hammers Arsenal and Spurs which may catch up in later stage? Would be a tight race...
Hope Watford can draw MC

Very likely it will be down to City vs Liverpool for the title

Its good to see Chelsea got hammered by Hammers. Hoping that Hammers will continue to maintain the top 4 position.
Tonight matches
MU hosts CP. I think it will be a close fight.
Spurs vs Norwich - Spurs should win. Norwich may surprised.
Leeds vs Brentford - I prefer Brentford.
Aston Villa vs Leicester - hope Leicester win.

Yes close battle indeed... CP kept MU at bay with all the onslaught attacks... the attacking verve was there but seems fizzled out after 35 mins into the game... there was an emphasis in attacking the left side of CP but nothing came out off it... strange... not attacking from the middle of the park and right... perhaps trying to work out the switching between the attacking talents...
Spurs leading two goals up
Leeds one goal up
At Old Trafford... MU has to win the game... make no mistake
MU 1 CP 0
A good win for Ralf...
Pastor Fred capped an overall performance with an excellent strike... by far the best Brazilian player among the past nationals for MU
Need a timely substitute in Greenwood to break the deadlock... Great assist
A change in the fullbacks give them a fresh of change and Telles had a good outing...

Yes! It is. MU has indeec gone back to its winning ways just like Arsensal.
Today, Everton will pit against Arsenal. Arsenal wld want to win this match badly to be back on track. It should not be a problem with this young Arsenal side. Everton on the othe hand would have a tough time containing this young energetic Arsenal team. They likewise wld like to break the jinx of losing. I am afraid they will have to bear another loss.

MU need the consistency to mount a real challenge and climb back to top but would be tough...they need luck and provided top teams drop points... Well it would already a miracle if they finish in the top three this season
Toffees are facing an internal struggle after their director of football left and Rafa as you know was a Liverpool coach before so not sure whether the players are still behind him... the next few matches would be an indication...
At Goodison Park maybe they will come good... wouldn't bet against it
Everton 2 Arsenal 1
The blue half of Merseyside won the match in extra time... Great strike by Gray...
Arsenal seem to took the pedal off after leading by a goal... could be complacency as they thought Everton have been on losing streak... it also shows the immaturity of the young Arsenal team... should have kill the game off by a big margin... anyway some Arsenal players are like looking forward to Christmas rather than playing
... Arteta is counting his days

Everton deserves the win. Despite 1 goal down at halftime they had fought bravely to made a comeback in the 2nd half. They had 2 goals by Richardison disallowed before and after the break. These disallowed goals had spurred them to fight on with determination to win. They pressured the Arsenal side and got a well deserved goal again by Richardison to bring the score to 1-1. If Richardison 1st 2 goals had not been disallowed they wld have already won 3-1. Despite having level at 1-1 they pressed on thru' extra time which got them the winning goal by D.Gray. it was a great effort by the Everton team. A truly well deserved win.

Perhaps a little pep talk after the interval will do the trick... maybe two goals to MU

Ding dong battle. Heading nowhere.

Yeah! So many off target shots and corner kicks executed by Fernández. B that produced no results.

MU next game vs Brighton suspended while run away horses Chelsea MC Liverpool had their games scheduled...
Could be good and bad... -ve being the pressure is on for them to ramp up their game points... definitely Liverpool and MC are relentless in the race and experience tells with depth squad making the difference... they have the players stepping up...
MU just have to focus on their games in hand and sort out Jan transfers... the top priority is next season Champ Leag... of their stature no doubt...
Meanwhile Chelsea 1 Everton 1
Absolutely gutted and shell shocked for Chelsea... think they didn't show much respect to Everton as they were on a losing streak... lost their mojo after the interval... but credit to some good saves from Pickford and they were deprived of Richarlison Townsend and C lewin

Liverpool 3 Newcastle 1
Screamer from T Arnold ... if Liverpool wins the title think it boils down to all things are going their way...

HT Leeds 0 Arsenal 3
Martinelli double n Saka got one near the interval ... seems like without Aubameyang this young Arsenal team defy the critics and man behind Arteta who made the right choice to drop the ill discipline...
Good combination towards both goals by Martinelli from Lacazette n Xhaka... especially from latter a through ball... quick thinking...
