in fact some hawkers also like this go buy B K T ready spices , but add more salt or sugar whatever to make it taste Different to make it different as they selling

Got one time at supermarket, I saw this guy buy TWO box of BKT ready made spices, I can for sure he is a hawker. No body as individual will buy that much, at most one pack or two pack.

Yes. I always go buy best raw ingredients to DIY to make it better than them. The meat I buy is much higher quality than theirs.
