In many countries, women wear bras. Especially conservative countries and countries which is less safe for women to go out alone, women wear bras.
So if the country women dares to go out without bras, it means the country is quite safe for tourists to visit. Lol

Singapore in the 70's also many braless and not only that, very revealing with loose shirts and low cut

in sweden, women don't wear bra in summer.
and don't wear anything when sun bathing in parks.
